Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders of standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Turquoise Waters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments Turquoise Waters is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
