Underbust/band: Position the tape around your ribcage directly under your bust. ensure the tape is straight across your back and parallel to the floor
Waist: Find the natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of the torso, and measure, keeping the tape at a comfortable level.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor.
